The person responsible for understanding detailed customer requirements, in conjunction with the Sales, Business Solution Director, Project Management, to establish a functional and technical design for the customer solution. The TSC ensures the solution fits the customers needs, and can be delivered by AT&T.
The TSC is responsible for the translation of customer requirements for non Shell catalogue items to a solution. The solution could consist of AT&T Products and Service, repeatable and bespoke solutions, or a combination of these.
The TSC would act as the Shell Business Segment technical focal point providing as needed context on business requirements that are submitted as business projects.
