Acting as a Technician for GCSC Teams in 24/7 environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead for First responders supporting AT&T GCSC Customers.?Expertise in Performing network triage, problem isolation and resolution.
Engage GT3/.TAC’s on time ensuring all deep level PD is done & provide necessary inputs to high level teams.
Managing the process of Service restoral and break/fix functions Scope include – Analyze and escalate
Prioritizing and analyzing the events in the network
Resolve problems for Network software or hardware resources when unavailable or when there is degradation in performance impacting business processes.
Ensure monitoring, data capture, and analysis capabilities to quickly identify problem areas and provide corrective action.
Ticket Management
Status customer and tickets on a regular basis
Work with internal support groups and recommend diagnostic tests based on degree of service impairment
Access provider management and associated escalations
Negotiate and coordinate with other support centers (i.e. external organizations and internal and external business partners) for analyzing and testing plans.
Escalate ticket according to process based on the established intervals

Work requires to be in 24/7 rotational shifts required for supporting clients across globe

Required Technical Skills:

Network troubleshooting/engineering experience
Strong Knowledge Cisco Routers/Switches
Experience in LAN Switching. vLAN’s, configuration
Experience in WAN Router protocols, routing and configuration
Exposure to WIFI technologies, plus WLC controllers
Very Good Knowledge on LAN and WAN networks
Support Network Security Audit Readiness
Riverbed WAAS Technologies
Aruba Technologies
Cisco
Juniper
Knowledge on MPLS and Load Balancers
Experience in Foundry Routers/Switches Allied Telesyn Routers
Load Balancers (Foundry, Alteon, Cisco & F5)
Knowledge on Firewalls (Checkpoint)
Experience in ATM , BIG IP,CISCO ACE, CSS--Load Balancing, RIVERBED, JUNIPER, CISCO, Aruba and Cisco Wireless, NetScaler technologies

Education and Qualifications:

Required: CCNA or Equivalent
Preferred: CCNP or Equivalent
Required: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

Additional Information:

Education Any Graduates/Diploma in technical Discipline + CCNA/CCNP certified with added knowledge of SDN technologies.
Language Excellent English and Native India language
