Support assigned projects (voice\data), complete lld\hld as per direction, develop Cisco BOMS, create station sheet for bulk upload to cucm. Support Cisco and AT&T best practice principles with regards to implementations and support efforts. May be involved in incident and bau support. Learn, adhere and follow AT&T & Customer policies and procedures; especailly around change and incident mngt. Possible limited travel based on project assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

lan protocols and technologies (switching, vtp, trunking, stp, hsrp, vss), wan technologies (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VRF) excellent voice gateway skills, strong call manager and Unity skills. Strong wireless knowledge (WLC\WAP).
Lead and support assigned (voice/data) projects from start to finish. (Design/Deploy)
- complete Low Level and High Level design documents
- develop and provide Cisco Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- create station sheet for bulk upload to CUCM
- handle multiple projects at one time
- Be comfortable working directly with the customer and being able to communicate with technical and non-technical users
- Attend Technical Recovery calls when required; can be expected to be involved in incident support
- Possess a knowledge of problem and change process and best practices
- Demonstrate accountability to process and adherence to team procedures
- Possess excellent organization and time management skills
- Work with Solution Architects to solution new project requests
- provide 2nd/3rd/4th level support for Operations
- Off-hours and weekend work required
- Required to work UK or US business hours
- Possible travel required

Key Competencies and Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills. Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Strong experience in primary skill set of voice/CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) but who also have strong network/data skillset
CCNA/CCNP/CCDP certified (voice or data track)
Must possess either Voice CCNA or CCNP. ITIL v3 certification a plus
Network troubleshooting/engineering experience
Strong Knowledge Cisco Routers/Switches
Excellent voice gateway skills. Familiar with analog gateways.
Strong Call Manager and Cisco Unity skills. Be familiar with the current versions 8.5x – 11.5x.
SIP experience a plus.
Specialized in routing and switching (in-depth knowledge of BGP, VRF lite, DMVPN, IPSEC, GRE) and working knowledge of Palo Alto
LAN switching (HSRP, VLANS, SPANNING-TREE,VSS)
MPLS technology (VRFs, EoMPLS, VPLS)
LAN/WAN routing protocols (Static Routing, IGMP, EIGRP and BGP)
Site to Site VPN (DMVPN, IPSEC/GRE Tunneling)
Wireless Technologies (Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Wireless Access Points)
Familiar with all or some of the following Cisco switch/router and wireless platforms – Switches (3600/3700/3800/4500/6500) Routers (2900/3900/ASR,4500 ISR) Wireless (5500 Wireless Controllers), Nexus switches
ITIL v3 certification a plus.
