The Managed Router Services Customer Service Delivery team responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of the customer designed solution within MRS. The PIM manages end to end implementation and lifecycle of new external clients into AT&T Managed Router Services by establishing initial contact with the client once the service is sold; creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements & customer needs; compiling the AT&T resources required supporting the project and negotiating implementation schedules with internal and external resources and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accountable for implementation of WAN/MLAN for managed client which includes implementing and billing per contract specifications
- Establishing initial contact with the client once the service is sold
- Creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements & customer needs
- Compiling the AT&T resources required supporting the project and negotiating implementation schedules with internal and external resources and suppliers
- Interact with both internal and external AT&T resources to complete provisioning tasks
- Utilize and update management databases in conjunction with the provisioning process

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Experience with implementation of WAN/LAN and others for clients (from ordering, implementing and billing)
- Interact with both internal and external AT&T resources to complete provisioning tasks.
- Utilize and update management databases in conjunction with the provisioning process
- Ability to identify key aspects of a problem, address them at an early state by determining the best resolution
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
- Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability.

Education and Qualifications:

University education (Bachelor's degree)
1-2 years working experience

Additional Information:

Working Hours: US shift = 2pm -10:30 pm with some flexibility based on customer set
Locations: Bratislava/Košice, Slovakia and Bangalore, India
