MAOT (Most of World – MoW – Access Optimization Team) is an operational team within the Global Delivery and Assurance organization.
It is a fully self-contained team encompassing the following functions – Order Entry, Project Management, Scheduling, Provisioning, and Engineering.
The role of MAOT is to develop and deliver custom solutions in order to support network optimizations and access infrastructure migrations.
The team cooperates closely with international specialists within the company, various external providers, and local customers in the MoW region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Track orders using company systems to do root cause analysis
- Ensure that order data is validated and properly entered in AT&T systems
- Coordinate activities and identify appropriate resources
- Ensure quality of service implementation, order and customer satisfaction
- Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project
- Track and report activities to supervisor
- Serve as the lead and single point of contact for all parties involved
- Coordinate all work activities & projects across all internal & external organization

Due to the needs of the business, the candidate selected for this role is expected to remain in this position for a minimum of:

2 years

Key Competencies and Skills:

∙ Fluent English language (written and spoken)
∙ Second major world language is preferable
∙ Advanced degree of PC literacy MS Office & internet
∙ Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
∙ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∙ Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
∙ Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision
∙ Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with Managers and senior professionals throughout the MoW (Most of World) region
∙ Understanding and knowledge of project management principles (PM experience is advantage)
∙ Ability to lead project meetings and make presentation for stakeholders

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or student at Master’s degree program

Working hours: EMEA hours – 9am – 5:30pm
