We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be given an opportunity to work with our key clients.
In this role you will be responsible for aligning data, resources and processes across multiple functions and organizations to ensure seamless execution of pre- and post-sales support for AT&T corporate customers in the given region/ segment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Account Manager resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Fluency in English and German is a must
• Customer orientation and client facing experience
• Great interpersonal skills/ clear communicator
• Ability to analyse and solve complex tasks and issues
• Efficiency /Excellent time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Meeting given targets
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills

Education and Qualifications:

University degree
or previous exposure to sales & customer service environment in telecom/IT industry.
