Billing Specialist for IBM is responsible for overall quality assurance of monthly billing information, validation of against contracts, data management, dispute resolution support and communication with Service delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

∙ Ensuring quality of billing data according to policies
∙ Tracking of information about clients and services, establishing hierarchy levels
∙ Creating and maintaining any rating exceptions, including site-specific rates, thresholds, and minimum commitment penalties
∙ Consolidating and process charges supplied
∙ Communication with Service Delivery Team (PIM), LCM, Sales, and internal suppliers
∙ Dispute support, including root cause analysis and proactive approach to correction of billing errors
∙ Active participation on process documentation, process flow creation, training materials preparation
. Implementation of process improvements, bringing own ideas into current processes

Key Competencies and Skills:

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, Hlookup)
∙ Education focused on Economics or Math advantageous
∙ Knowledge of MS Access advantageous
∙ Willingness to work with data
∙ Flexible, proactive, self-driven, analytical mind, problem solver, stress resistant, team player
∙ Very accurate and disciplined, process focused with sense for details, ability to accept new perspectives, and willingness to learn

Education and Qualifications:

- Secondary school with leaving examination
- Language skills: English – advanced

Additional Information:

Location: Bratislava
Contract: Limited - 1 year fixed term
Salary from 1210 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
