The mission of the Custom Complex Team candidate is responsible for owning the Customer billing experience and is the Customer Advocate team lead on the resolution of all chronic post invoice billing issues as well as customer payment behaviors for payments within contract terms or visibility of customer non-compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will project manage small projects related to invoice delivery/on time payments, monitor accounts receivable to ensure accounts are meeting the corporate targets, provide education on customer contractual payment terms, customer invoice education and engage internal partners to address items requiring education and adoption.

The candidate will interface with dispute management and internal partner organizations on the resolution of contractual billing issues, engage as the escalation point for collections activities to meet Accounts Receivable targets, project management of Accounts Receivable clean ups for conversions and other large implementation projects, escalate issues and engage appropriate resources to ensure resolution of queries and disputes in an accurate and timely manner by removing obstacles for payment processing.

Candidate represents post invoice functions during meetings and conference calls with internal business partners and customers, this includes disputes, escalations and outstanding receivables, responsible for list of dedicated customer legal entities/business areas:
• facilitate/lead recurring calls with dedicated customer contacts and AT&T internal partners
• provide status to customers and internal organizations to advise of the steps taken to address the issue
• investigate contracts, amendments, agreements made and guide the dispute team through the customers items of concern

• Be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast moving environment and be prepared to work outside normal business hours when required

Knowledge of standard service data flows and supporting tools would be an advantage .

Education and Qualifications:

• University Education - preferred
• Background in Finance and/or Billing - useful

Working hours: EMEA
Contract: This is a 2 year Fixed Term contract initially but there is potential for this to move in to a permanent position.
Salary from 2330 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
