AT&T in Bratislava have an opportunity for a number of newly created Account Manager roles. These roles create an opportunity to learn new skills, develop and work flexibly to suit individuals and business needs.

The Account Manager role is varied with opportunity to grow and develop within a truly global organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Covering lifecycle sales opportunity and workflow management for the customer, you will be the first point of contact for our client when a new solutions proposal is required.

The role is customer facing and you will be tasked with closing opportunities to generate revenue, producing post contract order preparation and gathering order data.

You will also be responsible for aligning data, resources and processes across multiple functions and organisations within the business to ensure seamless execution of pre- and post-sales support for AT&T corporate customers in the given region/segment. We are looking for a combination of customer-facing, basic technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Competencies and Skills:

As part of a new team, we are looking for business focused and resilient candidates who are also open to challenge. Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role, be results-driven and flexible.

• Fluency in English is a must
• Customer orientation and client facing experience
• Great interpersonal skills/ clear communicator
• Ability to analyze and solve complex tasks and issues
• Efficiency /Excellent time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Meeting given targets
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills

Education and Qualifications:

Basic orientation in IT terminology and solutions (WAN, LAN, Cloud, virtualization, DCs)

Cisco CCENT/CCNA certification/knowledge is a plus

Ideally degree educated

These roles will be based in our Aupark Office

This position is working US Business Hours (2pm-10pm / 3pm-11pm)
