The role of an Account Manager - Inside Sales includes promoting and selling of AT&T solutions and building strong commercial relationships based on trust, honesty and integrity.

The role is measured on sales targets which are a combination of new sales revenue, maintaining and growth of the existing customer revenue base and on customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role responsibilities span from pre-sale tasks, such as design, quotation, product presentations and negotiation all the way to post-sales operations such as contracting, order submission, and lifecycle support.

- Delivering on the sales targets
- Working well in the high-pressure, target oriented environment.
- Cooperating with internal teams such as: Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Billing, Contracting, Legal, Product in order to support the customer efficiently.
- You will be working on a team sales plan, so team collaboration is vital.
- You will also be responsible for building up relationships with customers and account teams in other regions and this way ensure revenue growth on the existing clients.
- The customer contact is majority over a phone, mails, and video conferences.
- Travels to EMEA customer locations are not frequent.

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Sales skills – the successful candidate is expected to have business to business sales experience and proven ability of qualifying and developing opportunities, presenting and negotiating.
- Updated with the latest information on products, and competitive landscape.
- Interest in Telco industry, trends and markets.
- We are looking for proactive people with internal drive willing to step out and provide exceptional sales results and dedication to AT&T customers.
- Open and communicative

Education and Qualifications:

- Education: University degree
- Language skills: Business English proficiency required
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
- Previous sales experience in IT or TELCO is an advantage
- Interest and awareness of technology is essential
- Business to business sales experience is advantage

Additional Information:

- Working EMEA hours, though flexibility to attend the occasional call outside of these core hours.
