The role of an Account Manager include promoting and selling of AT&T solutions and building strong commercial relationships based on trust, honesty and integrity. The role is measured on Sales targets which are production of a New sales revenue, maintaining and growth on the existing customer revenue base and on customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Account management responsibilities includes:
• Delivering on the sales targets - Working well in the stress, target oriented environment.
• The success in this role is measured on generating new sales revenue both from assigned existing accounts and by supporting acquisition of new accounts.
• The role responsibilities span from Pre-sale tasks, such as creating and driving sales demand, design and quotation, product presentations and negotiation with the customer, all the way till post sales operations such as contracting, order submission, and lifecycle support.
• Sales Account Manager is responsible for building up relationships with existing customers, discover and drive opportunities and this way ensures revenue growth.
• Internal cooperation with teams such as: Sales teams in other regions, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Billing, Contracting, Legal, Product, etc. in order to support the customers efficiently.
• The customer contact is most of the time done over a phone, mails, and video conferences. Travel to EMEA customer locations are not frequent.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Sales skills – the ideal candidate is expected to already have business to business selling experience and successfully applied the skill of developing opportunities, presenting and negotiating.
• The role requires that Account Manager remains up-to-date with the latest information on technology and competitive landscape.
• We are looking for proactive people with drive willing to step out and provide exceptional sales results and dedication to AT&T customers.
• Candidate should be open and communicative.
• Candidate’s ability to collaborate across AT&T is vital.

Education and Qualifications:

• Education: University degree
• Language skills: Business English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Previous sale experience in IT or TELCO is an advantage.
• Interest in technology is essential.

Additional Information:

• This hiring is for a fixed term (1 year term) starting January, 1st, 2019 till December 31st, 2019
• Working EMEA hours, though flexibility to attend the occasional call outside of the core hours.
• The proposed salary for level A4 role starts from 1900 € brutto per month plus sales incentives. Actual salary will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
