The Account Manager role is varied with opportunity to grow and develop within a truly global organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In the role of an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be promoting and selling AT&T solutions to global accounts. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and account teams in other regions and this way ensuring revenue growth on the existing clients.

Your responsibilities will span from pre-sale tasks, such as design, quotation, product presentations and negotiation all the way to post-sales operations such as contracting, order submission, and lifecycle support.

You will be cooperating with internal teams such as: Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Billing, Contracting, Legal, Product in order to support the customer efficiently and you will occasionally travel to European customer locations.

The role is measured on sales targets, which are a combination of maintaining and growth of the existing customer revenue base, on customer satisfaction and new sales revenue.

Key Competencies and Skills:

We are looking for proactive, driven salespeople, willing to step out and provide exceptional sales results and dedication to AT&T customers. In addition, you will have:

- Business to business sales experience and proven ability of qualifying and developing opportunities, presenting and negotiating (previous sales experience in IT or TELCO is an advantage)
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, to organize time effectively and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply gained knowledge.
- Experience as a self-starter, target oriented, team player.
- An open and communicative character.
- Fluency in English is a must.

Education and Qualifications:

- Previous Sales experience is preferred
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- Language skills: Business English proficiency required
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage

These roles will be based in our Aupark Office

This position is working EMEA Business Hours

Salary from 1916 € brutto per month PLUS 20% sales bonus, based on performance.
