The mission of the AT&T Billing Dispute Management Team is to resolve billing queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role of Billing Dispute Associate consist of front office and back office activities. Within front office the main responsibility is to handle direct calls from our internal and external business customers where the key ability is to provide excellent customer experience.

Back office side of the job is more a ‘Problem Solver’, an ability to analyze data from various sources, having confidence in the use of internal systems and standard Microsoft Office software package, along with strong communications skills. The job requires interaction with multiple internal teams (sales; ordering; product marketing; etc.) as well as with external clients. Thus, proactive approach, attention to details and positive thinking are the key attributes to be successful in this role.

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Very good communication skills - The ability to interact on the phone with internal and external parties during problem determination process. Prior customer facing experience is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to analyze data and identify possible errors
- Precise, detail-oriented and stress resistant
- MS Office package (Outlook, Excel)

Education and Qualifications:

- University education / Secondary school education
- Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal);
- Spanish speaking candidates are preferable

Additional Information:

Working hours: US time from 2 PM to 10:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 0:00 AM (Bi-weekly rotation)

Location: Lakeside Park, Tomasikova 64, Bratislava

Contract type: fixed-term for 1 year (possibility to extend depending on business needs and employee performance)
