The Managed Router Services Customer Service Delivery team within Slovakia is responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of the customer designed solution within MRS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Implementation Manager responsibilities are:
- managing end to end implementation and life-cycle of new external clients into AT&T Managed Router Services by establishing initial contact with the client once the service is sold
- creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements & customer needs
- compiling the AT&T resources required supporting the project and negotiating implementation schedules with internal and external resources and suppliers
- implementing billing per contract specifications
- interacting with both internal and external AT&T resources to complete provisioning tasks
- define key aspects of a problem and address them at an early state by determining the best resolution

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability.
- PC literate with experience of a range of software packages.
- Knowledge of communication technologies and networking technologies e.g. is advantage
- Knowledge of the Project Management best practices is advantage
- Ability to identify key aspects of a problem, address them at an early state by determining the best resolution
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
- Ability to work under pressure and lead teams worldwide
- Cultural Awareness

Education and Qualifications:

University education (Bachelor's degree)
2 years working experience

Additional Information:

Working schedule:
- mainly U.S. hours (2pm till 10:30pm with some flexibility based on customer's needs)
- Completion of task include overtime work if necessary on short notice
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
