• Responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of the customer designed solution within the Managed Router Services (MRS)
• Accountable for implementation of WAN/LAN for managed client which includes implementing and billing per contract specifications
• Interact with both internal and external AT&T resources to complete provisioning tasks
• Utilize and update management databases in conjunction with the provisioning process
• Ability to discern key aspects of a problem and address them at an early state by determining the best resolution
• Escalation point for any critical milestone during the implementation/post implementation, even for partnering services
• Be compliant with MRS processes; customer processes
• Understanding of customer network/custom elements
• Flexible to extend responsibilities as customer requires

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Implementation Manager (PIM) manages leading the implementation of new external clients into the AT&T Managed Router Services by establishing initial contact with the client once the service is sold.
He creates a project schedule to meet contractual requirements & customer needs; compiling the AT&T resources required to support the project; and negotiating implementation schedules with the internal and the external resources and suppliers.
PIM is responsible for overall implementation of the customer design, which includes overseeing of partnering services.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability
• PC literate with experience of a range of software packages. (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)
• Knowledge of communication technologies and networking technologies
• Knowledge of the Project Management best practices is advantageous
• The ability to interact on the phone with the customers and their peers during the implementation and problem determination process.
• Prior experience interfacing directly with the customers, project managers, internal organizations and the U.S. based local exchange companies is desired.

Education and Qualifications:

University degree
2 years of experience in leading and managing projects - required
2 years of experience with managed services

Additional Information:

Working hours: U.S. hours (1pm/2pm to 9.30pm/10.30pm) with some flexibility based on customer set
Location: Bratislava or Kosice
Salary: from 1590 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
