Working hours: EMEA – some flexibility required

Applying project management disciplines in order to generate and regularly distribute dashboards/reports on the compliance of these updates
Managing process compliance for a mainly manual process in the area of IOS SW refresh, work with batches being received
Overseeing activities in above mentioned area, including gathering the results of the relevant teams performing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall planning and organizing the projects with the customer – renewals (SW, wireless, certificates etc.)
• Daily dashboard reports for SW Refresh, Configuration Remediation and CMA (Compliance Management). Collect input for SW Refresh changes every month by sending Dashboard Report to all involved PM's.
• Keeping track of the quarterly numbers of SW refresh (completed changes and losses)
• Working closely with the Network Health Team
• Overseeing compliance of IOS SW
• Project Management of global roll outs

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Solid technical understanding of all network related technologies/service components in regards to SW refresh
• Very goof project management skills
• Understanding of the change management process
• Advanced communication skills (English – both written and verbal) and being customer focused
• Experienced in the multinational environment, ideally oil industry experience
• Problem solver in a demanding environment

Education and Qualifications:

• Technical certifications
• Project Management knowledge (PMI, Prince, etc)

Additional Information:

This role is customer facing and requires very strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
