Working hours: US working hours = (14:00-22:30 EMEA)

Project management of medium to large leading-edge network builds for Fortune 500 customers taking over 200 days. Serving as a project lead and primary overall point of contact for end customer and internal teams. Receive Contract and Design documentation after sale. Validate project and network requirements as sold with customer and engineering teams. Partner with Post-Sales System Engineer to finalize Bill of Material, arrange equipment ordering, staging, deliveries, and installations. Work with the team to develop a project plan that includes necessary project activities, i.e. surveys, site ready requirements, fiber installations, equipment ordering, deliveries, installations, testing, lifecycle transition prior to the targeted Due Date. Track, manage, schedule, and communicate all network delivery activities required to complete the project. Ensure all jeopardies are addressed in a timely manner to maintain targeted delivery dates. Lead effortless transition to Lifecycle management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects from beginning to end.
- Plan and schedule all project activities with customer and internal AT&T and vendor teams.
- Maintain up to date and complete project plans and tools.
- Effectively communicate project expectation to team members in a timely and clear manner.
- Manage customer relationship during the projects and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate all activities within the scope of the project and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team (e.g. priorities, requirements, schedules).
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
- Deliver progress reports and presentations via emails and during project conference meetings.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Strong oral and written business English communication skills (C1+)
- Confident in managing and communicating to people of diverse backgrounds and levels.
- Strong organizational skills to complete required tasks within required timeframes.
- Ability to manage in ambiguous situations and deliver clear message.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with using a phone as a main working tool.
- Experienced and confident meeting host.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Documented Project Management experience.
- Project Management certification desired.
- University education degree desired.

Nice to have:
- Previous experience in telecommunication / networking industry (non-tech).
- Any coding / programming experience to help with in house VBA macros and RPA bot.

Stakeholders & Key Interfaces:
-Project Manager will interface with individuals of diverse backgrounds, levels, and skills.
- Day to day interactions with Design; Equipment Delivery, Installation, and Circuit vendors (GTT, KGP, NTSG, Cisco, Telcobuy, Ciena, Telamon, etc); UVN Team (System Engineering, Lifecycle Management); Fiber Installation teams (e.g. OSP, NSS); various other AT&T teams (TFS, IE, etc.); Sales and Service Management and UVN Clients.
- Cooperation with Pre-Sales Operations; UVN Product, AT&T Tier 3 Testing team, Maintenance team.


Salary from 2060 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
