Accountable for project plans in relation to one or multiple complex projects. Directly responsible for scheduling tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variances, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects. Manages financial, physical, and/or human resources to support projects involving one or more processes or organizations across the Company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors. Advises, intervenes, influences and brings an organizational approach to the application of knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and technical expertise to project activities to meet or exceed stakeholders' needs and expectations from a project. Communicates formally and informally to organization leadership, project teams, and client/customer groups.

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Is able to combine excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP.
- Advanced English communication skills
- Detail oriented, prompt
- Previous reporting work experience preferred
- Someone who is creative and resourceful
- Must understand how to use GPS and ICORE very well.
- Must be able to learn and comprehend the Billing eFile.
- There will also be a huge amount of Security reports that may need to be manipulated.

Additional Information:

Salary from 1600 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
