Working hours: US 14.30- 23.00 CET & EMEA 10.00 – 18.30 CET few days a week
Unlimited contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

US AVPN Managed Order Management team is responsible for site level implementation management which includes mainly communication with customer, all internal resources (engineering, project management, order creators, sales…) to ensure smooth and timely delivery process, data circuit delivery tracking including isolation and resolution of issues and roadblocks between all involved parties and teams, securing of internal resources for service installations e.g. field technician, remote engineering, preparation of weekly status reports for internal partners and customers, attending regular calls if applicable for assigned customers. This position oversees the whole service delivery of AVPN Managed service and drives for fast resolution of issues that may arise during the implementation process and therefore good knowledge of internal procedures, good time management and detail orientation is required.

Additional demands on employee:
• Because of your international function written and spoken English
• For this position you should preferably have communication skills and should be a graduate of a secondary high school or university.
• Knowledge of information technologies (TCP/IP, network protocols, WAN) and project management is advantageous.

• Written and spoken English.
• PC literate with experience of a range of software packages
• Good analytical and work skills

• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
• Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision
• Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with Managers and senior professionals throughout the world.

Education and Qualifications:

• University degree (Technical University advantageous)
