Advanced Tier 2 support for Incidents related to Cisco IP data and voice environment - Including the technical and leadership skills with good English communication skills required to diagnose and recover from complex IPT problems in real time and restoring the service per customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day operations, incident resolution and advanced technical support related to Cisco data and voice infrastructure.

Key Competencies and Skills:

CCNP Collaboration / Voice certification or equivalent working experience.
- Experienced with remote access tools and ticketing systems.
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents in customer environment.
- Advanced understanding of LAN and WAN Internetworking Devices - Routing, Switching, Subnetting.
- Advanced understanding and Working knowledge of the data flow between various network infrastructures and their end points.

Education and Qualifications:

- Cisco CCNP/CCNP certification
- University degree or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience (LAN, IPT, etc.) desired

Additional Information:

This position needs to support 24/7 business need with rotational shift pattern.
Working hours include team coverage from Mon-Fri 12am-1:00pm and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Working time: EMEA hours and/or 24/7 shift pattern
