Job role description and responsibilities:
– Receive Assigned Orders via GIOM/EFMS/GPS Business as Usual
– Responsible for customer status updates and communication (excluding initial site validation)
– Oversee all expedites and escalations
– Responsible for Client Request CR task and communication plan with OC
– Responsible for Site Survey Results and communication
– Track Equipment Procurement and Shipment
– Track and Manage Circuits/PVC/ISDN/POTS to order completion
– Responsible for Coordination of Test and Turn-up / QA6 / Migration and task closure
– All billing tasks

Candidate requirements:
– Advanced to fluent English is mandatory (Japan or any other language is advantage)
– University Education 1st level
– Good analytical and work skills (Min. 1 year of relevant work experience)
– Computer literate with experience of a range of software packages (MS Office advanced user)
– Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality output
– Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
– A confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers
– Liable, detail oriented, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive
– Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport

Advantage:
– PMP certificate
– 6 sigma certificate
– Work experience in telecommunication business
– Any European language (other than English) is an advantage

Working hours:
– Monday to Friday – EMEA Working Hours/local business hours – 9 AM to 5:30 PM (possibly 7 AM – 3:30 PM)
– Working overtime/weekends/shifts may be required in order to support customer’s requests.
– Working hours can change based on customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Focuses on gathering, verifying and validating customer requirements for the ANIRA/AVTS order received, validates data, including validation in AT&T billing tools and with interested parties
• Manages each order as a project from initiating to closing
• Determines proper configuration for the particular solution
• Oversees the delivery of the equipment and supports the Installation and activation of the ANIRA/AVTS Service
• Escalates/Follow up properly within appropriate timelines in order to achieve resolution
• Performs work independently within defined SLA’s for quality, response time and productivity
• Acts as a buddy to junior levels
• Leads calls, escalations and complex issues independently with sense for prioritization and updates supervisor proactively
• Leads extra business-related projects (development, process improvement, etc.)
• Improves team strategies and innovates “Best Practices”
• Provides management support as required

Education and Qualifications:

• University education or High School education with leaving exam is an advantage, preferably in the area of Project management, Network engineering
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written (B2+ level)
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a ANIRA/AVTS/SOHO Solution Implementation Manager (PROA3) or equivalent
• Relevant working experience in Service Delivery / Project Management / Network Engineering / Customer service
