As Director - External and Regulatory Affairs, you will join a global team of public policy and regulatory professionals. You will coordinate political and regulatory relations in the Middle East and Africa for AT&T’s telecom and media content businesses. Leading regulatory strategy development, advocacy with public institutions, and engagement with external associations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will analyse emerging policy developments, advocate AT&T policy positions with regulators, governments, and politicians, and iteratively incorporate external developments in policy evolution.

You will provide AT&T a competitive advantage at the nexus of business and public policy, as a source of subject matter expertise, complex and industry leading quantitative analysis, and institutional, regulatory, and industry knowledge and experience. Tracking of external policy developments at the local, national and regional level, including the introduction of draft legislation and other public policy initiatives that could affect our business.
