As Senior Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for securing, retaining and growing New Logo deals in the UK&I region – working together through our strategic ‘go to market’ relationship with our largest SI partner globally.

With experience of developing relationships at every level in complex matrix organisations, your success will depend on a tenacious ability to drive results by being creative and innovative. At the same time this role demands exemplary team working and rigorous attention-to-detail to serve the best interests of AT&T and our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Secure New Logo deals together with our largest SI partner globally
• Own selected strategic base accounts in region
• Maintain and grow revenue for assigned accounts by developing strategies and plans
• Establish, maintain and lead the relationship with our partner and their assigned client base, maintaining a strong business, professional and sales relationship with executives and functional leaders
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level and revenue assurance is managed
• Position and sell AT&T strategic products, solutions and services, focusing on business value-add to our partner and their end customers
• Employ Strategic Business Planning and Development techniques
• Formulate and work to short and long term objectives
• Perform competitive analysis, market research and due diligence examination of competitors
• Lead and provide strategic direction to multi-faceted global teams e.g. Solution, Finance, Legal, HR, Partners to develop compelling and competitive solution offerings

Key Competencies and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a systems integrator, presenting value propositions of emerging network technologies (e.g. IoT, Cloud, Security, Software-defined services). You will also be able to demonstrate:

• Successful track record working with large multinational organizations
• Experience working to projects in excess of $40m
• Account relationship establishment and management
• Ability to drive through barriers and find innovative solutions
• Solid sales experience in a B2B environment
• Consultative solution selling, focusing on business value proposition

Education and Qualifications:

• Degree qualified
• At least 10 years working experience in the Telecoms sector, preferably in working with large MNCs and/or System Integrators
• Sound understanding of key technology areas such as WAN, LAN, Data Centre, Security, Cloud and IoT
• Business fluent in English

Additional Information:

• Full driving license
• The ideal candidate is expected to regularly work with the client on client premises in Copenhagen
