The first point of contact for all issues related to systems. Will serve as the Admin contact for all system issues and password resets. Will work closely with TSI and the DTV Support team as well as the U-verse support team to resolve system access issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Completes all onboarding tasks for new employees, assists with training on webstation and use of phones and softphone software, provide support while in nesting and taking initial calls and completes monthly hierarchy.
Functions as the Admin, main point of contact for DTV Systems.
Works closely with TSI to resolve any system and profile issues."

Key Competencies and Skills:

Onboarding consists of working with multiple teams to include Area Managers, HR, TSI and support groups to provide all system access for the line of business supported. Needs to have the ability to understand the different lines of business, the reporting structure and which systems and profiles for the individual systems are required for representatives and managers. Attention to detail a must. Excel skills (beginner/intermediate)
