Supports the development of competitive pricing recommendations for Company by products and services. Determines which price points yield maximum revenues and develops effective pricing strategies based on market analysis and forecasting and revenue/volumes analysis. Creates cost analysis of existing processes and systems to support services provided under various contracts. Provides subsequent iterations based on changing customer requirements, new RFP's, and proposed reengineering of systems. Identifies costs associated with the delivery of products and services within various markets. Determines the frequency of how costs increase, decrease, or remain static over a period of time and develops the tools to accurately forecast these changes. Develops recommendations for cost reductions. Partners closely with operations and the Competitive Benchmarking/Industry Analysis team. Forecasts pricing trends in the marketplace and recommends strategies to meet changing customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overall coordination and management of complex Custom Pricing requests, which requires a detailed understanding of each request and coordination of inputs from stakeholder groups (e.g. Sales, Design and Product Management, Billing, Treasury, Tax, Legal etc.) to enable the business unit to respond quickly to customer requests
The request must be in line with the Schedule of Authorizations, which may require coordination with the Controller and Capital management organizations. Responses must be timely and accurate in order to improve response time to the customer and to increase success ratios
Work with the sales team and internal organisations to develop effective pricing strategies and competitive pricing -that yield maximum revenue and minimize risk on competitive bids
Provides support for international custom pricing offer requests, including evaluation of the competitive situation, requested pricing, and profitability analysis
Play a key role in the preparation of the commercial response to tenders, capturing all aspects within the business case, identifying key assumptions or areas of risk & mitigation
Provide pricing expertise and direction by participating in weekly team calls, ensuring adequate value add and market price comparison are established

Key Competencies and Skills:

Strong Analytical skills. The position requires strong financial background or experience with financial analysis and management; legal/tax/regulatory affairs; contract negotiation and custom offer construction
Market/technical knowledge of EMEA telecom industry and products preferred
Executive Level communication skills. Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively with high level management in AT&T
Ability to work independently. Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, planning, analytical and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously, work under pressure and set work priorities independently
Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency, ability to create and manipulate complex models
Superior team building, negotiation, conflict-management and customer interface skills

Education and Qualifications:

University degree in business (Masters preferred) and 5+ years of related experience in similar role
