Serves as a supervisor for a team of recruiters. Interacts with external candidates, local hiring managers, BU Leaders and local HR partners. Works as a first level escalation for the team and hiring managers. Position is regularly confronted by issues related to aggressive hiring demands of the business units. Managers will typically complain about the lack of qualified candidates or delays surrounding the onboarding process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Works with the team to create short term and long term sourcing strategies. Has very good understanding of the market and candidate base. Has very good knowledge of the current employment trends. Responsible for the team's performance. Works as a first level escalation for the team. Works as a strategic partner with the customer. Responsible for the fulfillment of the requirements being supported in the location. Develops innovative solutions to address complex staffing issues.

Key Competencies and Skills:

* Solid recruitment delivery experience, ideally in a corporate ‘in-house’ environment
* Solid Massive hiring experience (Call center type of environment)
* Collaborative stakeholder and customer management in complex, multinational organizations a plus.
* Strong evidence of managing people – e.g. recruiting, coaching & development, performance management.
* Direct sourcing experience, knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws in Mexico, Latin America exposure is a plus. Hiring trends and market insight knowledge.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills: Advanced English.
* Numerate, good analytical skills, competent with MS Office.

Education and Qualifications:

University degree required. Experience of full cycle Staffing or Recruiting experience, including management of recruiting team.
