Local IT Support (Service Delivery) that will be the Mexico representative of the international virtual team responsible the virtual desktop platform operations and support. Different work shifts out of the business hours may be required to support infrastructure or other specific activities. From time to time it may be necessary to visit other supported offices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Be part of a virtual team and participate on projects and initiatives involving virtual desktop platform operations and support as required and agreed within the TSI organization. Interface with other groups within and out of the TSI organization as required to support the operations.

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Operating System Services & Network
- IP and subnetting
- Working Knowledge in VMware Horizon Client and VMware vCenter
- Knowledge in Application Virtualization (VMware)
- Windows Server and Client Windows OS troubleshooting (Registry, command line tools, WMI)
- MS Active Directory and GPO
- Reporting from SCCM/VMWare
- Linux OS administration
- Working knowledge in HP Device Manger would be an advantage (needed for Thin Client deployment and support)

Education and Qualifications:

Graduated in IT-related course.
Preferably certified for Cisco, Microsoft, and/or VMware Products.
Experience with virtualization technologies.
Portuguese is desired.
