Managing candidate funnels with focus on sourcing and pre-screening. Facilitates applicant and employee recruiting processes, testing services, interview processes and other candidate processing to attract, select and place prospective candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates may demand feedback on their status relating to any completed interviews. Interacts with internal/external candidates, local hiring managers, and local HR partners.

Key Competencies and Skills:

1 to 2 years full cycle Staffing or Recruiting experience. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Human Resource Management Systems (PeopleSoft) including spreadsheets. Proven sourcing and research skills to include internet, job boards, database mining, job fairs and professional networking.

Education and Qualifications:

University degree required. 1 to 2 years of related experience. Proven Human Resources, sourcing or research skills to include strong administrative skills, campus recruiting, job fairs, internet, job boards, database mining, and professional networking.
