Responsible for building a responsive and supporting relationship with multiple Staffing vendors to ensure quantity and quality candidate pipeline. Provides feedback to drive process improvements and increase team success. Responsible for managing more than one complex project and handling multiple BU requirements. Decisions will have impact on project schedules and client relationships. Responsible for iERP implementation within the BU. POC for employees' queries on iERP. Partnering with iERP team to ensure payments are done correctly and on time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

3 to 5 years full cycle Staffing or Recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates; candidate selection and offer. Experience with vendor management. Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficient with PC skills and related applications, including spreadsheets. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills and able to work in a non-structured environment. Designs, implements, and/or supports employment strategies to recruit, select, and place people in jobs. Provides or supports applicant and employee recruiting processes, testing services, interview processes and other candidate processing to attract, select and place prospective candidates.

Key Competencies and Skills:

Directly influences the staffing decisions, Staffing vendors and client relationships. Acts as a trusted partner by giving strategic inputs. Sets clear vendor partnership and staffing expectations. Ensures iERP process and payments compliance.

Education and Qualifications:

University degree required. 3 to 5
years of related experience. Proven sourcing and research skills to include staffing vendors, job fairs, internet, job boards, database mining, job fairs and professional networking.
