The objective of this role is to provide remote network support to Client Datacenter infrastructure. The team will handle both regular operations and project implementation involving datacenter LAN/WAN/Security technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day operations on LAN, WAN, Load Balancers & Firewalls
• Preparing Cabling documentation for installation of the servers and devices
• Install, configure, upgrade and manage network devices as part of support
• Handle incidents of all severities according to the defined Incident management process
• Implement changes according to the change management process
• Participate Service Restoration activities for high severity incidents including standby support
• Engage product vendor for complex technical problems and drive them to resolution ensuring prompt communication to all stakeholders.
• Actively participate in project engineering discussions and provide technical inputs wherever needed
• Implement projects including new deployments or configuration changes to existing infrastructure according to the requirement
• Update diagrams and documentation as required for projects and changes.
• Participate in network support transition activities for new clients and perform knowledge transfer to the team
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Be proficient in oral and written communication including the ability to communicate technical information in a clear manner

Key Competencies and Skills:

Total experience: 7 Yrs
Mandatory skills
Cisco Nexus experience with level 3 support ( 3to 5 years )
F5 BIG IP LTM, GTM ( 3 to 5 years )
Good troubleshooting skills including packet capture tools like WireShark, TCPDUMP and Snoop
Good oral and written communication skills
Desired skills
Cisco ASA/Check Point/Juniper SRX/Palo Alto Firewall knowledge and work experience
Desired Certification
CCNP /CCDP certification .
F5 Certified BIG-IP administrator.

Education and Qualifications:

Engineering Graduate
