Trying to consolidate all Quote functions into a LCC environment (from HCC) About 2200 quotes per month today/100 per day – quote volumes are going up dramatically (~25% conservative, from 100 a day to 125 a day) – also moving into an automated environment as fast as we can.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding on RFPs & Bids. Enabling efficient sourcing and partnerships for the Bids. Timely submission of inputs for Bids, basis business needs. Stitching of partnerships for end to end delivery to customer.
Sourcing and Procurement of Maintenance, Hand & Feet Support (Survey, Staging & Installation), Software/Licenses for customer delivery. Effective negotiations for enabling competitive costs. Speed of execution of Procurement process.
Contract Management- Contracting with Partners covering all critical Terms and conditions in line with Customer Contract / PO T&Cs. Timely contracting.
Vendor Management- Engagement with Vendors/OEM’s Partner relationship management to ensure Bid Cost efficiency to enabling winning of deals.
The role requires coordination with Global teams including Suppliers, Vendor Managers, LCM’s and Project Managers

Key Competencies and Skills:

Sound Understanding of Telecom Business and Bid Management. Sourcing and Procurement in IT / Telecom / B2B Space.
Collaboration with cross functional stake holders. Customer focus - Drive to meet customer expectations. Basic understanding of Telecom equipment.
Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
Managing the skills and competency development of team and knowledge management capabilities
Development of benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement
Solid operational management and general business skills and savvy
Working knowledge of finance and/or accounting in terms of budgeting, cost management, financial accounting, treasury, risk management, etc.
Excellent communication skills and even better listening skills to get the “voice of the internal customer” and to understand the company culture
Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills


Working experience-10+ yrs

Education and Qualifications:

Graduate (Preferably BE / B Tech) MBA
