Manage overall customer project performance, reliability, risk and quality to support a dedicated customer as part of an industry leading team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the tasks within the AT&T teams and workcenters to enable delivery of critical components of large customer deployment projects. Also directly work with the client to manage complex issues / escalations until the issues are closed. Required is a good technical understanding of core networking technology and solutions (WAN, Routing, Switching, etc.) to support and engage with the teams to oversee the required tasks.
