LE manager is leadership role with main responsibility to lead senior engineering team.
Manager is responsible for alignment of the team with AT&T product strategy, constant improvement of AT&T Service Delivery processed, integration of new technologies and tactical processes with innovation of existing business by identification of opportunities for improvement.
Lead Engineer role is customer facing role and role of manager assumes communication with clients on operational and strategic issues, handling of escalations, and notifies client services of high severity and chronic network issues. Performs complex problem solving, analyses and leadership of service delivery teams during critical outages.
Role requires flexible person and includes travel to customer locations or other AT&T centers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

LE Manager is responsible for managing, developing and coaching team of Lead Engineers; performing actions as requirements gathering, network design, and router configuration for AT&T clients in implementation and lifecycle phases.

Examples of the other management responsibilities are:
- 1st point of contact for external and internal escalations and out of process request
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting on all In Process Metrics
- Coaching and development of all direct reports
- Communication interface between upper level management and team

Additional manager responsibilities will include:
- Interface with other organizations in strategic and tactical direction of the business
- Interface with other organizations to own and develop operational process
- Interface with customers, project management, engineering, sales and other orgs to support delivering service

Management communications responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Informal individual feedback sessions
- Formal Mid-year & Yearly appraisals
- Hosting team meetings
- Manages personnel development, coaching, and conflict for team members

In addition, manager will be responsible for
- Developing new ways of performing LE support for implementation and for lifecycle phases
- Provide guidance and direction to the LE team members
- Develop and improve LE Process and Procedures
- Early problem detection and troubleshooting
- Help to meet and exceed the objectives in on time performance and productivity

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Leading team of 10-15 senior network engineers
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
• Responsible for delivery of AT&T services for set of selected AT&T clients
• Interface with other organizations in strategic and tactical direction of the business
• Interface with other organizations to own and develop operational process
• Interface with customers, project management, engineering, sales and other orgs to support delivering service
• The ability and prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers, internal organizations and companies on Global market.
• Capability to work self-directed, establishing goals and policies, obtaining concurrence and executing across subordinate, peer and partner organizations
• Team player with ability to create and maintain strong relationships
• Analytical thinking
• Out of the box thinking
• Oriented in Telecom business
• More than 5 years of business experience with at least 2 years in a technical discipline. Experience in leadership in technical or customer facing team role.
• Ability to mentor others required

Education and Qualifications:

• Fluent English
• University degree in Computer Science or MBA is preferred but not a must
• Cisco Certifications preferred but not a must: CCNA or equivalent

Location: Kosice
Contract: Unlimited
Working hours: rotation - EMEA shift (9.00am-5.30pm) with US shift (14:00 – 22:30)
Salary from 2350 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
