Summer Intern 2018 - Call Center Management support (workforce management, reporting & analytics)

The individual will become part of EMEA WFM team and will cooperate with all it’s sub-teams, mainly, but not limited to workforce management and reporting & analytics teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The main tasks will be: workforce management and simple to medium-complex reporting.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• proactive and self-driven professional with strong business- and result-orientation and attention to detail
• English at B2+ level (both spoken and written), experience with MS Excel will be a strong advantage (pivot tables, formulas, macros).

Education and Qualifications:

University student

Additional Information:

Full-time, approx. 40 hours/weekly
Duration: 3 months
Start date: June/July (based on candidate's university assignments)
The internship is financially compensated
Location: Kosice
