Location: Kosice or Lakeside Park Bratislava, Slovakia

Coordinating the activities of multiple resources, including the customer, AT&T teams and vendors in delivering world class solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interface with customer and multiple AT&T teams to insure seamless deployment, including
- LCM or Sales team
- WAN/LAN engineering teams
- Field Services
- Vendors
• Develop and track activities in the IPT Project Plan
• Communicate with customers to gather and document site and end user requirements
• Schedule and manage all site activities, including
- Site Surveys
- Vendor installations
- Engineering
- Test and Turn up of IPT services
- Hand Over into Production AT&T Service Delivery and Service Assurance teams

Key Competencies and Skills:

- 2-4 years experience in voice telecommunications
- IPT and TDM voice terminology
- Experience with Cisco IP Telephony
- Strong customer communications and listening skills
- Strong organizational and process skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Self motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Goal oriented to meet demanding customer expectations
- Ability to coordinate service delivery between multiple vendors and internal organizations
- Intermediate knowledge of GPS, AOTS CM
- PC skills; Office, Visio, MS Project
- Ability to work in multicultural environment"

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Additional Information:

Flexible work hours, as deployment activities are normally scheduled for Outside of normal business day times, including weekends

Salary from 1680 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
