This entry level position is responsible for all aspects of project management associated with the implementation of assigned external customer-facing projects. Provides a single point of contact and is the AT&T face to the customer during implementation. Responsible for relationship management with AT&Ts customers during the project management life cycle and may provide consultative advice and support. Provides guidance and expertise in project management through the use of a structured project management methodology to define and carry out business objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems and responsible for client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Medium size project coordination. Assists in overseeing the tasks associated with multiple projects including the managing of deadlines, scheduling resources and ensuring on-time performance. Must be able to analyze, communicate and resolve issues identified during the implementation project process.
Candidate will prepare project plans, schedules & weekly reports regarding status of projects and publish to all key-stakeholders. Will coordinate project activities, interdependencies and ensure appropriate project information is communicated to all responsible parties.
Will interface with accurately and on-time departmental leadership (and escalate when needed) to track, clear issues and deliver service.

Education and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree preferred

Additional Information:

Required: Verbal and written English language proficiency.
