Operating within a matrix organization the successful candidate will need to develop effective working relationships with HR Country Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR team. This role provided daily operational support to onsite employees and are their main point of contact for HR administrational related topics. This role highly operational with administrative related duties that are critical to be done accurately, timely and with high attention to detail.

Supporting the International HR Service Delivery team
• Supporting operational and administrative activities for Proximity employees
• Data reporting & Data Entry & Filing
• Administrating International/ Local Policies and Programs
• Providing Employee and Mgmt Support where applicable
• Onboarding, life cycle and exit responsibilities
• Labor Relations activities/Case Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Intermediate knowledge of Mexican Law/Labor Relations
• Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Self confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic
• Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
• Able to dig into the details but at the same time capable of differentiating essential versus non essential details
• Administrative skills, data handling and reporting
• Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled
• Self sufficient, independent, pro-active, able to pick up the phone and discuss topics in international environment
• Project Management Skills would be advantageous
• Ideally - Experienced in working and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Fluent in English & Spanish - both spoken and business written
• Preferable 3-4 year experience gained within an HR function
• Schedule availability (rotate shifts/weekends)
