Resolves our internal International customer’s tier 1 & 2 HR queries for the call center in Mexico, primarily related to our HR data base - ) help them solve their queries related to HR systems, processes and policies. In addition assist with projects to automate our services and increase the overall effectiveness of the IHR team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reviewing client queries in a ticketing system and take action accordingly. This can be simply to modify data in our HR Data base on behalf of the client or load files with mass changes (e.g. if a group switches supervisors). Or provide a written answer to any question that they may have with handling the HR systems. It can span to offer training and advice around our HR system environment for new hires or our HR colleagues. Over time when trained the person will also help with more general HR related queries and with developing FAQ or other tools which help to provide the right information to our clients in a self-service environment.

Key Competencies and Skills:

Fluent English and Spanish
• Very analytical, organized and well structured, Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, reports etc.)
• Detailed focus, precise
• Joy in working with data and systems
• Very good communication skills
• Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
• Self-sufficient, independent, pro-active: able to work in a remote management environment with limited supervision, able to pick up the phone and discuss topics in international environment

Education and Qualifications:

University degree (bachelor minimum, master preferred) in HR, accountant economics or related field, work experience of minimum 3 years or other education but substantial work experience in similar roles (can be finance or HR but role handling data) .

Additional Information:

No travel / no shift / remotely managed. Operates within a team spread around the globe- this requires interest and joy in actively reaching out to profit from all information / training offered both virtual and across the phone. Some flexibility to attend later evening or early morning calls typically from home needed which in return is offering some more flexibility in terms of work scheme.
