Roles and Responsibilities:

Job key responsibilities includes being responsible for :
Specific country related issues,
country legal compliance;
policies and program implementation;
employee relations (work councils, unions);
grievance & disciplinary procedures

Key Competencies and Skills:

Candidate must have:
- Ability to communicate open and clearly
- A good understanding of labor legislation rules
- Empathy and understanding of people
- Academic qualification in HR or Psychology
Spanish and English – fluent written and spoken

Education and Qualifications:

- At least 8 years Human Resources Management experience within a global organization.
- Experience working within an HR team mainly supporting labor relations (profit share, time control); payroll; conflict administration.
