This role will provide technical support, monitoring, coordination for all the Third Party network vendors of a major financial customer.
- Circuit (WAN) vendor coordination for all the tickets/incidents related to the customer WAN infrastructure.
- Incident follow-up and escalation according to specific requirements and service levels for the data circuits provided.
- Vendor coordination of all other customer network Third Party vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Circuit (WAN) vendor coordination for all the tickets/incidents related to the customer WAN infrastructure.
- Incident follow-up and escalation according to specific requirements and service levels for the data circuits provided.
- Responsible to maintain and update all carrier information (circuit ID, bandwidth, escalation matrix, etc.)

This role will also be responsible to assist on the following activities:

- Schedule and coordinate carrier on site support for the resolution of a WAN link incident such as activities installation of a replacement equipment, connectivity testing and other support activities.
- Coordinate additions, links upgrades and deletions to existing transport (WAN) baseline.
- Coordinate with Level 2 support or Level 3 support.

This role will also be responsible to assist our L2 for the vendor management (vendor coordination) of customer network Third-Party Vendor (not WAN) with the following responsibilities.

- Coordinate with the vendors the software updates of their equipment when requested by them or end customer
- Receive and deliver to the end customer the security compliance reports of the Third-Party Vendors’ equipment.
- Troubleshoot LAN incidents for the equipment managed by AT&T Affiliate that provides Third-Party Vendors and Mainframe connectivity.
- Support for the disaster recovery plan (“DRP”) tests performed by the Third Party Vendors.
- Support for change windows for Third Party Vendors.

Key Competencies and Skills:

ITIL basic knowledge or demonstrable skills
Fluent Spanish and English speaking.
Service Management and Customer oriented.
Administration of network problems.
Capable to work under high stress situations
Capable to negotiate and maintain good communication with customer or customer Third Party vendors.
Experience working in a network monitoring center (NOC)
Network background with some certification.
Experience managing or supporting network problems.
Availability to work different shifts in order to support a 7x24 operation

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar.
Spanish or English speaking degrees or certifications (if not mother tongue).
Cisco CCNA R&S Certified or any other network certification.
