The engagement specialist role is a key role for the operation of Network Integration teams, handling processes like ordering, tracking and billing, which ensures the traction of NI billing revenue metrics. The role has evolved along the years, covering other areas like quoting and change order (simple ones) generation.
The role allows the cohesiveness across the different processes and resources, linking the information from customers, vendors, cost, revenue, margin, contracts,etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Network Integration Engagement Specialist role is a key role for the operation of Network Integration teams, she/he will be responsible for:
•Handling processes like quoting, ordering, tracking and billing,
•Responsible for ensure the connection between the processes above, so the NI billing revenue metrics are updated accordingly.
•The role will also be responsible for post-sale activities like: delivery equipment verification, invoice vendor authorization, handling manual process for tracking invoices with customers and vendors
•Handling a small team responsible for cover quoting, ordering and delivery of services across the region
•Manage and keep updated the NI information database, including: GMBRT reports, Global efficiency reports, IBM Billing report, Region presentation based on SAART information
•Handling communication with different units in AT&T including: billing, sales, sourcing, accounts payable, procurement, service management

Key Competencies and Skills:

•Strong inter-personal communication skills
•Must be fluent (written and speaking) in English, Portuguese will be a plus .
•Telecom experience, 3 years.
•Strong organizational skills a must.
•Experience in using online tools.
•Advanced use of Microsoft Excel required
•Desired Skills: College degree. 3-5 years + experience in areas of responsibility
•Billing Experience required.
•High sense of urgency and understanding of billing impact across other processes.
•Team oriented.
•Experience handling groups of people.
•Goals oriented person.

Education and Qualifications:

College degree. 3-5 years + experience in areas of responsibility.
