As the country HR subject matter expert the HRCM specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with the country's labour laws and employment practices. As a true HR generalist they will manage the integration of HR strategies, policies, procedures and disciplines whilst balancing the needs of the business in a dynamic and complex operating environment.

The HRCM Specialist will work close with the supervisors on the on boarding and especially on the terminations processes preventing the company of labour process, by carefully reviewing the termination calculations and payment with the employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing support and guidance to local and overseas managers on country specific HR matters
• Managing employee relations activities, ensuring AT&T’s compliance with employment legislation
• Acting as the country HR SME, leading various Business Unit driven HR initiatives and projects
• In Country implementation of AT&T HR programs
• Driving consistency at the country level
• Interface to suppliers and partners
• Leading country specific employee communications as required
• Raising awareness of HR country specific issues, policies and guidelines
• Support PTU process with this organization
• Support the organization on the complete workforce planning process (includes review calculations, communication and post exit demands)
• Partner with Legal team in case of process issued by employees
• Responsible for local audits (EH&S, labour, etc)

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Fluent in English and Spanish- both spoken and business written.
- Ability to demonstrate influence and impact at a managerial level.
• In depth knowledge of in country labour legislation.
- payroll knowledge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Persuasive and resilient.
• Pro-active, Self confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic.
• Desired Previous Experience with Call/Contact centres
• Able to find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
• Change orientated and able to manage conflict resolution.
• Good teamwork

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 5-7 years’ experience gained within an HR
