As Customer Resolution Advocate, you will serve as the customer advocate within the maintenance process. You will demonstrate ownership and accountability for all maintenance processes (including but not limited to Trouble Management and Resolution, Communication, Project Management, Corporate Strategies Support and Business Directions, Performance Reports and Data Analysis) on behalf of the customer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As Customer Resolution Advocate, you will work closely with the systems teams to improve processes and automated systems. You will cross organizational boundaries and overcome traditional hierarchical structures by commanding and committing AT&T resources to respond to and resolve any and all maintenance issues.

Key Competencies and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic - intermediate knowledge of Excel and previous experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.

Education and Qualifications:

Any related qualifications would be desirable but are not essential.
