Global Account Director for our South EMEA Sales Center with a focus on developing the Italian market. This role will be responsible for driving revenue and new sales growth with emphasis on Strategic Services and IoT. The candidate will represent the company in external events as well as with partners and clients. Senior position with high potential for growth in the AT&T organization for successful candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:

To take responsibility for the development and leadership of large complex sales opportunities within multinational organisations
Develop, qualify and drive large deals from concept to completion
Understand the client's business and create/identify new opportunities.
Maintain contacts at different hierarchical levels of customer organisations to deliver, identify and drive business oriented solutions for the customer
Create a strategic account plan to develop an in-depth network within business customers and to spot opportunities at their earliest stage
Set up an internal network to provide the best service for our clients and ensure the high quality of the services delivered
Have a pro-active attitude in prospecting new business in emerging areas in order to present our services and solutions.
Draw up proposals together with the pre-sales team (network consultants, bid managers, etc.) and in close collaboration with service and project management, so that we can present detailed technical and business-oriented solutions to the customers

Education and Qualifications:

Must be able to demonstrate successful track record working with large multinational organisations and working to projects in excess of 40M Euro
Strong knowledge of the Italian market essential – knowledge of other markets a plus
Experience in managing the entire sales cycle from business champion to the CIO, CFO, and CEO levels
Team player, resourceful, process oriented, result driven and “can do” attitude
Experienced global account director
Used to working for large, organisation and working with complex organisations
Established and loyal client portfolio
Experience of working for and/or with a large organisation is critical
Right to live and work in EU/EEA
Fluent in Italian and English

Additional Information:

Candidates must be based in Milan
