Position is required to meet our contractual obligations that are specifically included in the POP 17909 – 106518 and TSD for this specific solution. Network Architect on-site 24x7 bi-lingual Spanish-English support

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support all contractual GAP's that are in contract between AT&T and NI/GLS
Support onsite 24x7 Monterrey Datacenter for Network issues
Support onsite 24x7 Monterrey Datacenter for Network issues
Creation of Scripts (Engineering Support)
Experience managing Sniffer to provide capture Analysis and Reports
Deliver Executive Reports Analysis using Netflow Tool
Architecture Support onsite that interact with different Service Towers and technical Teams
Engagement on complex incidents, problems and new requirements to propose end to end solution.
Good skill using Network Tools
Provide bilingual, Spanish-English, support and reports
Good knowledge managing and operating F5 Load Balancers, Irules
Proven Experience managing and operating Cisco ASA’s and Cisco ISE (certificates, posture, profiling)

o Creation of Scripts (Engineering Support)
o Opening and tracking of RFC’s on IBM ISM Tool
o Follow up and document Service Request on IBM ISM Tool
o Follow up and document Work Orders on IBM ISM Tool
o Provide Bilingual support for Mexico and SAC countries where Cemex Employees does not want to speak English
o Swivel desk for US incidents among Remedy tool and ISM tool
o Sniffer Capture Analysis and Report
o Report Analysis using Netflow Tool
o Architecture Support onsite that interact with IBM and Cemex Teams
o Engagement on complex incidents, problems and new requierements to provide end to end solution.
o Management of Cemex and AT&T Network Tools
o Provide bilingual, Spanish-English, interface between the IBM Customer vendors set forth in Exhibit 12 (Third Party Contracts) and AT&T NOC.
o Support Mexico DSL modems which were not included on the WITO or Exhibit 10-D
o Attendance of IBM CAB Meeting to review and approve RFC’s

Key Competencies and Skills:

Network Architect on-site 24x7 bi-lingual Spanish-English support

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar.
Project Management Certified
-F5, CCNP Certificate, experience in project management, ITIL, work under pressure
-operation currently
-or network design
-support level 3
-Support level 2 and design
-Design, support level 3 and that are certified in Cisco as professionals at least
-Advanced English
