This role will work alongside our Country Manager and represent AT&T within Russia on behalf on partner organisations, including: regulatory, tax, legal, Delivery, Sales & Lifecycle.

This is a complex and high profile role that requires knowledge and experience of the Russia telecoms market and its associated regulatory framework.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for supporting Customer requests by providing in country support
- Co-ordinating delivery & installation activities
- Liaison with local access providers
- Management of in-country stock and hardware
- Supporting local contracting process
- Managing issues/incidents in support of internal teams
- Contact point for in-country enquiries including tax, financial, legal
- Regulator co-ordination point

Key Competencies and Skills:

Fluent English language - verbal and written
Customer relationship skills and experience
Telecom/Networks knowledge ie. VPN, SDN, Cisco
Knowledge/experience of the Russian Telecoms market
Ability to multi task

Education and Qualifications:

needs to be a Russian Federation citizen
Cisco certification or similar would be an advantage
