Our Computer Operations & Security Compliance Organization is currently seeking a dynamic and driven leader to manage a world-class team of System Administrators located in Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure performance and quality standards through coaching and development. Includes 1x1 conversations, team meetings, call observations, required safety coverage, recognition, administration of action plans and discipline as well as maintaining quality documentation for each direct report
• Ability to quickly learn how technical procedures work, points of contact, and key stakeholders, in order to act as technical escalation point for one or more platforms in your region
• Provide direction and guidance to direct reports; Direct the flow of operations and fix problems before they arise.
• Work with Training Coordinators to design and implement training programs for the team
• Develop data driven business plans for team
• Monitor and ensure accountability for the operating environment including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow.
• Work closely with both customers and vendors to understand their processes and requirements and how it impacts your local team and teams around the world.
• Collaborate with peers from around the world to ensure customers are provided world-class support

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Operations Research, Technology Management, or a related field
• 5+ years in the Information Technology sector with 2+ years as a Team Lead or Supervisor
• Experience within the telecommunications and/or networking industry is desirable; experience in System Administration a plus
• Fluent English skills (written and verbal) – C1 level
• Good organization and attention to detail
• A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving and teamwork
• Experience in a multi-national, multi-cultural, global environment
• Experience within the telecommunications and/or networking industry is desirable
