Sales resource focused on revenue growth of all products supported by AT&T Global Account Solutions. The Sales is responsible for developing relationships with customers within an assigned module, assessing opportunities, and developing proposals and presentations that meet client business needs and closing associated sales. Primary focus will be in developing sales opportunities in Korea and will also explore international opportunities and network integration opportunities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing Account Strategies/ Presentations/Proposals and Closing Sales

o Develop relationships with customers in assigned module.
o Focus on communication technologies for growth and acquisition of revenue, by positioning AT&T Services to meet clients’ business needs.
o Maintain and update Account Planning and Strategy.
o Act as Subject Matter Expert, working as part of team as directed by Global Account Director.
o Act as the global lead for opportunities, working with supporting Account Executives in the region.
o Assess sales opportunities, developing and presenting creative proposals that will ensure closing the sale.
o Anticipate client concerns and roadblocks, to overcome obstacles that may delay customer decision.
o Maintain and develop business solutions in order to address customers’ business needs and challenges.
o Develop strong linkages within the sales support team.
o Utilize pre-sale Technical Specialists, Pre and Post-sale/lifecycle resources, Customer Service Manager, to meet and address all client business needs.
o Maintain customer satisfaction focus in all activities.
o Develop New Business from Korea A-end and Low Share/No Share Accounts

Key Competencies and Skills:

o Minimum 6 years of experience with more than 5 years of Data/IP sales experience in business environment is highly recommended
o Knowledge of AT&T products and industry vertical solutions

Specialist / Technical:

o Knowledge of WANs, LANs. UC, Security, Cloud and IoT
o Knowledge of market and industry verticals
o Knowledge of competitors’ strategy, strengths, and vulnerabilities

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent through experience is recommended
