This role is part of a team of Engagement Managers within the Network Integration team, who are responsible for solution development, sales and revenue generation from custom solutions for Australian & New Zealand domestic and international customers. The role will provide overall support to the custom solution offering process with particular focus on technical qualification of deals worked by the ANZ Network integration team and having overall input in to the technical specification of solutions that are proposed by the ANZ Network Integration team to our customers, including
-Preparation and presentations of sales proposals including negotiating pricing
-Achievement of set sales targets.
-Liaison with vendors regarding pricing, availability and installation of solutions sold by the ANZ network Integration team.
-Acts as a Technical Solution Consultant to the customer and the AT&T account team.
-Viewed as the Subject Matter Expert for complex and/or custom solutions including ability to operationalize one-off custom solutions and integrate those solutions into other core AT&T products, services and processes.
-Keeps pace with the competitive landscape, industry best practices, emerging technologies and market trends as they relate to customer solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying, closing, and growing accounts. Sells complex telecommunications products, solutions, and services including data sales, networking solutions, and/or leading systems integration sales. Interacts with customer in the delivery of AT&T's value-added products and services. This includes application discovery, solution development, sales presentation and service negotiation. Serves as technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals, systems solutions, and to close complex technical sales

-Coordinates proofs-of-concepts and performs demos of new solutions and technologies to customers and sales teams

Education and Qualifications:

Possesses product, technical, project management and in-depth working sales skills.

Additional Information:

1-2 years proven sales experience preferably in a managed data networks, ISP, Telecommunications environment including experience with Voice / Data Networks, IoT, Unified Communications and Network Security
Ability to analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into a technical solution
May have specialist business knowledge of a technical background
Demonstrated technical skills in the WAN, Internet and application arena.
Financial and commercial skills to facilitate pricing of solutions
Experience facilitating, designing and pricing integrated IT and Telecommunications solutions that includes offerings from business partners
Ability to recommend and present appropriate technical solutions
Commitment to accurate documentation and administrative tasks
Effective contribution in a team environment
Ability to provide technical advice and support amongst peers
Demonstrate flexibility with regard to assignments
Effective communicator internationally
