Account Manager - Sr. Specialist

- The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with target customers in Japan to drive additional business globally.
- The candidate will be responsible for new sales revenue from new acquisitions, revenue growth from existing customer base globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create strategic sales plans and lead global account teams to maximize revenue and growth.
- Build and manage sales funnel in line with company goals, and accurately forecast and close sales against assigned quotas.
- Perform both acquisition and retention activities.
- Create integrated solutions proposals together with the pre-sales and support functions to address customer's business problems.
- Develop relationships with clients' key stakeholder and establish executive alignment between customer decision makers and AT&T senior leadership.

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Japanese.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer oriented presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in consultative B2B sales, global account management, and executive positioning.
- Experience in working for and/or with a large international organization and leading virtual teams.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

- Enthusiastic.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
- Willingness to learn and progress.
- Strong team player that can work with diverse mix of colleagues and customers.
- Be flexible with regard to work assignments.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally occasionally.

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- B2B sales experience.
- 8 years of experience working with Japanese clients in Japan.
